Well, I guess I have been tagged. So, here are six random facts about myself:

1. I have an obsession with the color pink, but my favorite color is green.

2. I am afraid of the dark.

3. I am addicted to scrapbooking.

4. I am trying to get a book published.

5. I cannot live without books.

I tag Nikki, Siobhan, Domi, Donny, Josh, and Julie

Heres the rules...
1.) Start with six random/weird facts about yourself.
2.) Tag six people, who now have to post six random facts about themselves, as well as clearly post these rules.
3.) Make sure to post the names of the six people at the end of your post.
4.) Leave the six tagged people a comment on their website telling them that they are tagged, and to go to your xanga for the rules/information.
5.) If you've been tagged more than once, you only have to post once and tag onceeen tagged!

Today I set aside some time to work on Cadi's scrapbook. I typed out the story of her birth for one of the pages. As I was reminiscing, I was again reminded of God's soveriegn care during the time of uncertainty when Cadi was in the intensive care. I know that it is only because of his protection and care that Cadi is here with us. I thank God for His little reminder today, and I pray that I never take the life of my precious little girl for granted. May each time she cries be a sweet reminder of the breath God gave her. I am blessed and couldn't help but share.

It's hard to believe that it's the new year already! I can't believe that Cadi is three months old, and Jim and I will have been married four years this July - crazy! I have several New Year's resolutions for 2006, I know that resolutions can be dumb, but I came up with some anyway! 1.) Keep up and increase my spiritual growth 2.) Get back in shape (I joined Curves!) 3.) Work on becoming a Proverbs 31 woman 4.) Be a loving and caring Mommy to Cadi 5.) Keep up with housework and meal planning better 6.) Help Jim get our finances in order 7.) Love my husband and support his dreams 100%

What, if any, are your New Year's resolutions?

I forgot that I made this site! lol Anyway, still not quite sure what to write! :) Jim and I are getting ready for Christmas. We have our tree up and decorated! It is beautiful, but then again I am biased. Our little aprtment is all decorated, too. It is very festive! As Christmas draws near, it is a little different for me this year. Being a parent now, and having a baby of my own, I realize even more what a sacrifice it must have been for God to send His boy to the earth . . . . to die - for me! Mind boggling. I also keep thinking about Mary and Joseph, and how they must have felt that first Christmas. Did they know how few years they were given to spend with their child? I cannot imagine knowing that my child would die. Anyway, I am rambling, but it's interesting to think about these things, especially when I am holding my own new baby.
